Whether you’re a medical professional or looking to assist in a non-clinical role, your contribution helps us reach more patients and make a real difference in our community. Volunteering not only allows you to give back but also offers personal growth, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to work with a passionate and supportive team.

Step 3: Attend an orientation session (after submitting the application, you will receive an email with additional information)

Clinical Positions

Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants:

Provide primary and specialty healthcare services, including chronic disease management. Current license (may be SC volunteer license) and privileging required.

Registered Nurses:
Offer nursing services, including patient advocacy, health education, clinic flow management, initial screenings, nurse visits, and care coordination. A current nursing license (may be an SC volunteer license) is required.
Prescription Program Assistant:
Prepare prescription assistance applications, maintain electronic records, and process program paperwork.

Non-Clinical Positions

Front Desk Representative:
Greet patients, manage electronic appointment schedules, organize charts, and assist with patient reminder phone calls and medical records.
Administrative/Clerical Support:
Help with data entry, filing, mailings, patient reminder phone calls, and medical records maintenance.
PR/Social Media and Charitable Giving Site Maintenance:

Assist in writing and placing press releases and keeping social media and charitable giving platforms up to date.

Building Maintenance:
Provide advice and assistance with routine and special maintenance issues, including HVAC filter replacement.
Outreach Volunteers:
Maintain supply stocks at churches, food banks, and other agencies. Spread the word by making presentations to local organizations.
