Good Neighbor Free Medical Clinic Director Saundra Renee Smith has been named Artist of the Year for the upcoming Heritage Days at the Penn Center.  The opening of the exhibit of her work will be held on Thursday, November 12th from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at the York W. Bailey Museum.  The adjacent poster features one of her works.  We are honored to have an artist of her caliber serving on our board and we look forward to visiting her exhibition.
